Managing Director - Marian Carasava
As Managing Director of Queen Liz, Marian Carasava is responsible for all QL business affairs and strategic development. He has spent many years in the Maritime Industry working both ashore with Ship Owning, Ship Management and Manning companies and served his time at sea as a deck officer.

His entire business career, based on shipping, has been involved with success in marine personnel and industrial relations matters for over 25 years.

Human Resources Manager - Elena Carasava
Elena is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of personnel activities within the Crew Management & Man Power department. Elena has been with Queen Liz since the beginning and she has acquired extensive knowledge of Crew Management & Man Power industry operations, as well as excellent personnel management skills.

This places her in an ideal position to handle our personnel matters, and makes Elena a key support to our company.
